Upon entry of the 1400 sq. ft. apartment, you will enjoy the ambiance of fine classic details, cream colored furnishings and style displaying floor to ceiling windows revealing wonderful views such as the San Isidro Golf Course and the Huallamarca Ruins & Museum Historial Site. Located beyond, there is a handsome dining room that seats 6 to 8 people comfortably. Hardwood floors, delicate curtains and a finest renovation are on show. The private quarter includes a master bedroom with ample views of the Huallamarca Ruins, and a second guest bedroom facing the San Isidro Golf Course. Both bedrooms are fully furnished with deluxe bedlinen. The bathrooms have marble vanities and as wells as porcelain tiles. The Family room shows a fully integrated a smart television, blue ray video, printer and extended Wi-Fi area. The eat-in kitchen at the center of the apartment is replete with a Bosch refrigerator and stainless steel appliances. The laundry room holds imported washer and dryer.

(**) Cleaning Fee Charges: 100 dollars per month - this only applies on monthly rentals. All guests need to provide copy of passports for safety purposes on the property. A rental agreement will also be provided prior confirmation of the reservation.
