  • beautiful views and a relaxing weekend!

  • This was a great quiet vacation for me and my two school-age kids. We slept in, used a lot of the wi-fi, cooked frozen meals, and drove the short drive into town and the Park. The hot tub was an added bonus! Note that when they say "up a short path to the house" they mean UP ... and it's not stairs. My kids and I had no troubles with it, but we also didn't try it in the dark.

Great rate, great beds and great views.

  • We loved loved this place! Great cottage with a romantic fireplace by the bed. The views are amazing! The day after we came it lightly snowed and we watched deer and elk grazing from the large picture window. There are two chipmunks that are area residents and are fun to watch. It was a perfect romantic getaway for my husband and I. Even though you have neighbors on the same street, you still feel secluded... which was what we hoping for. Even shopping and dining are a short drive away. We recommend Bear Lake for light hiking and Stanley Hotel for light hearted "ghost tour".

  • I can't overstate how excellent my stay here was. The cabin was well stocked, cozy, and a stone's throw from Rocky Mountain National Park. Stunning views abound in the area, and this cabin has a particularly excellent view of Long's Peak. I absolutely recommend staying here.

  • The cabin, Rose Den, could not have been more comfortable! The big window looking out over the mountains was gorgeous. We watched a snow storm come in while lounging comfortably on the couch. Would definitely recommend and will definitely try to book again next time.

I am a builder/developer helping others establish their home away from home in Estes Park.
I and my wife, Cathy, love traveling and visiting destinations all over the world. We found Estes Park, Colorado 28 years ago and visited almost every year, finally moving here in 2010. Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park is about the most beautiful place we have ever found. We strive to help our guests have the best vacation experience possible-and are available for questions, suggestions or whatever you may need. We have lots of advice on things to do, where to eat, places to see. We enjoy hiking, camping, sports, and I hope to conquer all the peaks in RMNP before I'm done!
