UPON CHECKING OUT, PLEASE:
1) Wipe down the moisture in the shower/tub with a used towel.
2) Wash, dry and fold used towels. Please have the ones you have used before checkout washing in washer or drying. (If not a full load, feel free to throw in a set of sheets.)
3) Wipe down sinks.
4) Broom clean tile floors and take garbage to the green puplic trash cans on the street.
1) Make sure dishes are clean and put away or are washing if there is a full load. (Please do not run the dishwasher for just a couple of dishes).
2) Wipe down sink, refrigerator, stove and microwave.
3) Please take out the garbage. (Don’t forget throw away the coffee grounds and the waste in bathrooms)
4) Broom clean linoleum floors.

2)Re-set TV to a Channel
4)Turn off Ceiling Fans/Lights.
1)Place used sheets in pillow case at foot of bed.
2)Fold comforter/blankets and place at end of bed.

1) If you use the grill / fire place, make sure it is clean and ready for the next guests, Secure
1)DO NOTput any paper in the toilets—it causes l damage and can crack the pipes. (Which would be a costly repair for you)
2)DO NOT leave the air conditioner or ceiling fans on if you open the windows or leave the house
3)DO NOT leave the lids off of the garbage cans. (The animals love treats.)
4) DO NOT leave doors open for bugs to fly in or smash them on the walls or ceiling.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house, it's well located with walking distance to most important sites of the city. The house is well furnished, and the rooftop is very pleasant.
Our staying in Rhodes was very nice despite the bad weather!definitely we'll come back next time on summer :) Claudia's house is very nice, very good located and set with everything you need. The only issue is the heating as is not ready for staying there during winter.
Although she wasn't in Rhodes we met Mr Ken who kindly left some food for us on our arrival :) the internet wasn't working, we thought it could be problem of the router.
Over all i will recomend Claudia's apartment, and of course the island is beautiful and the people very charming.

Ken (our host since Claudia was out of town) was very accommodating when our ferry arrived late, and made some good restaurant recommendations. The listing description and photographs were accurate, and we were very comfortable. It was such a nice surprise to be welcomed with some food and beverages courtesy of Claudia!
Host arranged private transport to get us at airport for a reasonable fee. We had an unforseen problem at the house and they helped us within 5 minutes so we felt well looked after. A lovely welcome pack of wine and snacks! Location is in the south end of old town - while most of the sights are on the north end it is still within easy walking distance. The space was charming and the rooftop terrace a lovely addition.
Claudias place was ideal for the old town of Rhodes, it gave you real sense of living in a village style with the neighbours etc. The house is comfortable and very traditional, heaps of restaurant and shops to see, not to mention the old town itself. Claudia herself was very friendly and welcoming and gave us a few restaurants' tips which were taken up. .great place!!
Claudia made us feel very welcome and provided us with any information we required. As we were arriving at night, she had left supplies for us in case we needed some food and refreshments.
Claudia was very helpful and attentive and arranged private transfers from and to the airport.
The neighbourhood was just like being part of the community and very central.
It is located at the center of Old Town, where actions are. It is very clean, spacious, and convenient. Claudia and Ken were very friendly and supportive. I will go there again.
