It's a cute and luxury furniture apt in the hearth of rome within an historical building with an internal garden. From the apt it takes just 3 mn walking to reach Trevi Fountain, 5 mn from Piazza di Spagna and 10 mn from Pantheon. The apartment its an old historical building with a wonderfull internal garden, with little red fish and fountains.
Its a quite and safe quartier in the center of Rome. My apartments is confortable and you can enjoy to walk in the center without having to use any taxi or bus to see Rome! Under the building there is a fresh fruit and vegetables market where you can buy great seasonable vegetables. A lot of small good restaurants and trattorie around the corner and the most famous ice maker of rome! Im sure you will enjoy to feel to live in the center of Rome.

Within first day or so of arriving at the Trevi fountain apt, the "landlord" emailed that we should not tell anyone we were renting the unit. We were to tell people we were her friends as the condo did not want people to rent units out for vacationers!!!! The concierge of this condo facility obviously knew and he glared at us for 30 days. The elevator coincidentally went out on our floor and floor 2 and we had to haul luggage up to the fourth floor to ride down to the concierge level when we were leaving. The dish washer was broken when we moved in and the antiquated clothes washer went out after two weeks & we returned daily soaking wet from Rome's humidity and had to hand wash clothes that took two plus days to dry! The electricity in the unit has a problem, some fixture simply didn't work and the floor lamp didn't' work even with new light bulbs. Sometimes shaking a fixture made lights come on but basically it was too dark to read at night in there! The sofa was not clean & there was no removable slip cover we could wash or removable cushion covers that could be cleaned. The landlord lives in Vienna and had no one in Rome to address problems that arose as for instance the clothes washer went out and when she was told there was no dishwasher, no clothes washer, and a problem with electricity she behaved in a most unprofessional way and wanted to get into an email spitting contest even suggesting we move to a hotel!!! We went from Rome to Sorrento where our apartment had a managing agent in town and when, one morning, the stove would not turn on & there was only cold water in the shower the agent for the unit was there within an hour to change the tank. Here in our Florence apartment when the air conditioning came on - out of the blue - we emailed the managing agent and that was resolved within an hour! The rate for the Trevi location was good but we thought of 30 days in Rome as a vacation and the landlord only wanted $$. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone and if I am in Rome again I will be extremely careful about who I rent an apartment from.
Since time of having guests at home, It has being the first time that I had a nightmare time with Leonard and the wife. Since they get in they were even not able to copy the pws of the wifi in their laptop, I had hundreds of calling in order to support them over the phone. The cleaning lady told me that the apt was most of the time a mess, the dishwasher and the washing clothes worked perfectly! They didn't know how to use it! Again calling without ending and emails of complaining.... I had 2 persons helping them to understand the apt, but no way... They made a Landry with the bed sheets and they changed the color, from white to grey, but they did not told me obviously.... We saw it when they left....but for them the problem was the washing clothes, They did not pay the facilities agreed since the beginning and they left! I suggest everyone to be careful with them in order to do not spend hours over the phone trying to support a nice old couple
This is a very comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. Very close to the Trevi Fountain, and easy walking distance to all the major sites. The subway station is also close by. Francesca was very accessible via email and was quick to respond. I would highly recommend this apartment.
The apartment is excellent, large, bright and comfortable. The location is also excellent, close to the Trevi Fountain, to a subway station and to several bus lines. There is a good supermarket on the corner and a friendly seller of fruit and vegetables in front of the building.
We had problems in the first days to have access to internet and the situation took a while to be resolved.
We strongly sugest that you hire Arande, a cleaner recommended by Francesca. He is a great person and will leave the apartment even more comfortable for you.
Francesca's apartment is absolutely perfect. I stayed here for quite a while and loved it- the location is fantastic and everything you would need is within a block or two. Metro is close by which makes the rest of the city easily accessible. Check-in was easy as was check out. Throughout my stay Francesca was very reachable, and I also had contact with her sister that was also extremely helpful with anything I needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Rome!
Great Great Great (email hidden)zy functional apartment.
