Guest access

My home is yours! Please make yourself at home and use whatever we have available for you (see list above).

The neighborhood

My neighborhood is safe, cozy, and charming. I am so close to everything Louisville has to offer. I am within walking distance to bars and restaurants like Monnik, Check's Cafe, The Post, Eiderdown, Finn's Kitchen, and Four Pegs Beer Lounge! I am also close to local parks and the zoo.

Getting around

Bus, Uber, Lyft

Other things to note

For Kentucky Derby weekend, a 3-night minimum is required. Typically our guests will check in on Thursday and check out on Sunday, but it's totally up to you!

As mentioned, I have 5 hens. Assuming it's not the dead of winter and they are not "molting", I'll do my best to ensure there are fresh eggs on hand.

If you'd prefer to stay in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Louisville (The Highlands), I have another listing near Bardstown Rd: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/16374823

This was my 5th stay at Jeff's and everything's still great. There's even a coffee place that opens early around the block now - it was maybe the last thing left I wanted to be able to walk to while staying here. Thanks again, Jeff!

Thank YOU, Davie! Until next time...

Jeff was great. Very pleasant and easy to communicate with. He even went out of his way to drop off a bike pump so that we could bike around town.
