This beautiful and welcoming 2 level apartment is in a nineteenth century building with a original ceiling brick in the kitchen.
in the terrace area you will enjoy quiete and relaxing breakfast and meal under the shade of an ancient Pine Maritime tree typical of the Lazio region.

The couch in the living easily open as a duble size bed :) the other bathroom of the apt in located next to the living.

  • We loved our stay here, our beautiful little italian home away from home. Clean, comfortable and Veronica was easy to communicate with. It had everything we needed and more! Would definitely stay here again!

  • Veronica was a terrific hostess, giving us great advice for experiences in Rome. Veronica keeps a guest book with great recommendations for restaurants, shops, and other neighborhood highlights. The apartment suited our needs perfectly, and was nicely furnished for a medium - term stay. We used the well appointed kitchen extensively to save costs, and we're particularly happy with the terrace for meals in a garden setting.

  • We had a wonderful time at Veronicas apartment. We felt very at home. We were travelling with our son who is 18 months old and the terrace and gated courtyard made a great place for him to play and run around. All of the stairs made us have to pay closer attention to him at all times but it was basically stair practice. The neighbourhood is very relaxed and off the tourist path. Fantastic amenities close by. Microbeer store, great food, buses and subway pretty close by. €10 taxi to centre. Jasmine lined courtyard that filled your senses with its heavenly scent. We really enjoyed our time here. Made us feels like locals. Thanks veronica for all your help with baby stuff. Next time i'd (email hidden) for the crib. They loved our little guy. Never thought about one for rome but apparently they can be quite bad as we found out. Rome is a wonderful city. So much to see. We left wanting more and anticipating our next visit.

  • What a treat to be able to stay in 'old Rome' - a beautiful quirky flat with a long history and a lovely sunny terrace.

Veronica was super helpful and even made sure we got a cab to the airport when we needed. Would recommend this 100%.

  • We stayed with Veronica for 4 nights and we loved the apartment. There was a lot of space and all the details of the apartment were wonderful. The location was good for us (about a 10-15 min walk to the Colosseum and close to the metro) we felt like we could go home and relax but had no trouble getting to anything we wanted to see. Veronica was an excellent host. She met us at the apartment and gave us a tour and showed us all the little tricks:) She also had a whole book with maps and suggestions for food and shopping. We referenced her information and advice several times.

  • Our experience with Veronica and her apartment was great. She was there to greet us after a long flight from Canada, gave us information about the neighbourhood and had a welcome bottle of wine waiting for us. My wife and I were travelling with our 20 year old niece, so the 2 bathrooms were very convenient.

We ate outside on the terrace one night and everything was within easy walking distance (I and my wife are 60 and 57). We walked to the Vatican, and everywhere in between. There were good restaurants in the neighbourhood and a fantastic local market a few minutes away.

Veronica arranged a taxi to pick us up to take us to the train station on our last day. We hope to return next year with our nephew and definitely would return to Veronica's if it was available.

  • Myself and my partner had a lovely time staying at Veronica's. It was very well arranged and she was a great host. We arrived to a bottle of wine and some delicious coffee which was lovely. We did not end up using the terrace in the end which was a shame as whenever we were there there was no sun on it. Apart from that we loved it!

  • Veronica was such a great host - lovely and welcoming!
The apartment is charming and cosy, the neighborhood quiet and beautiful.
We especially liked the well equipped kitchen, which was perfect for cooking!
Veronica even created a guestbook with maps, recommendations for good food and nice places to visit. She also left us wine and italian biscuits.

We absolutely loved staying at her apartment and we definitely recommend it highly!!!

    Thank you Veronica!

  • We had a wonderful time in Veronica's appartment. She is very welcoming, and she let us useful information to visit Rome. It was a pleasure to meet her, even shortly. Her apartment is really like in the pictures, very clean, cosy, well furnished. We especially enjoyed conditionned air, it saved our lives with the hot temperatures of August! Also it was convenient to have Wi-Fi.
The neighborhood is nice, not very far from the center, 10 min walks from a metro station, and there are also buses to the center, even late in the night. We enjoyed going to the market and also the ice cream shop near by.
I definitly recommand it as a place to stay in Rome :).

  • Everything about our stay in Veronica's apartment was fantastic! As a host, Veronica was fantastic! her communcation was good and she herself met us and showed us through the apartment, plus gave us tips on places to eat and areas to visit.
The location of the apartment is wonderful - enough removed from the tourist places that you feel like you're a bit closer to the 'real' Rome, but closer enough that it hardly takes anytime to get to the major sites. I walked to the Colosseum in 20 minutes!
The apartment is well presented and has everything you need to make it feel like a home away from home.
