The place was great for our 3-day visit in Burlington! It was close to great places to eat and was an easy walk to downtown and the waterfront. If we are ever back in Burlington, we would definitely stay here! Linda was the perfect host!

Linda’s place is a gem in Burlington. The apartment is sparkling clean and very stylishly decorated, the view over the garden in her backyard is relaxing, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is large, the extra amenities she provides are the icing on the cake.

This is a beautiful and clean studio which was great for our weekend in Burlington. It is about a 15 minute walk to Chapel street and 20 minutes to the waterfront. Linda was a great host and gave a few tips for neighborhood eats which was very nice.

Interaction with guests
I like to meet my guests when they arrive or soon after (I work part time away from home) and orient them to the apartment and the local amenities. I'm a knock on the door away if I'm home or available by cell phone if I'm not. I respect the guests' privacy although I'm always…

Additional Rules

Check-in is anytime after 3 pm; check-out is by 11 am. I accept infants and children over 12 — the apartment is not child-proofed. And as much as I love dogs, I don't accept pets in consideration of later guests with allergies. There is no smoking, please, and no real candles — I provide LED candles for flameless ambience. I live downstairs — reasonable courtesies expected. And I'm happy to recycle if guests separate their recyclables from the regular garbage.
