The West Star is a 60 foot motor yacht located in a quiet southern San Diego marina. THIS IS AN AT DOCK ONLY stay. WiFi, fully equipped galley, washer/dryer, large entertainment area, smart TV, Netflix etc, 2 staterooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 double bunk cabin, 3 viewing decks, 2 kayaks, outdoor therapeutic bath. The West Star is the perfect solution for a quiet "Staycation" getaway. Lodging taxes are included, (rates based on 2 persons aboard; $30 fee per night for each additional person up to 6.)

The space
The atmosphere of the West Star is a seaside escape with peaceful cream and turquoise hues, large windows with lots of light and water views to enjoy spectacular sunsets. The large open entertainment salon with adjoined full sized galley allows you to watch your favorite Netflix show while prepping some popcorn or preparing a homemade meal. Choose one of our 3 viewing decks to get those perfect sunset shots and enjoy a bath in our upper deck glass therapeutic bath (not a Jacuzzi). Being close to freeways/the airport, and just a 10 minute drive to downtown Gas Lamp and Seaport Village, enjoy the hottest bars, clubs, and restaurants that San Diego has to offer.
PLEASE NOTE: Staying aboard our boat is a very different experience and guests must understand that boats are not hotel rooms and are self contained. Please take this into consideration when booking this unique vacation experience.
Also, The West Star has limited hot water,and (roughly 20 minutes between showers) for hot water is recommended. So, if necessary, showering might be recommended at our shore-side facilities. . If any toilet or shower becomes nonfunctional during your stay we provide shore-side facilities to cover for these if not functioning. No refunds or discounts will be given for these facilities not functioning on board the boat.
Accommodations are dockside only and require a 2 night minimum stay, with 3 - 4 night minimum during special dates and holidays. We require a signed waiver to stay on our boat. This marina is quiet and not considered a "party" marina.

Also, for wine lovers, an hour and a half drive into Valle de Guadalupe will surprise and delight you with wineries, artisan crafted olive oil and cheese, and a 3 star Michelin restaurant.
