Good place, great location. The apt is clean, and the instruction from John is very clear.
I had an excellent experience at John Black's apartment. The rooms were clean and there was ample towells and blankets for everybody. There was plenty of sleeping space and having an access code to the apartment in place of a key was extremely convenient. John provided me with details about how the arrangement would work well in advance, I would stay here again.
You get what you pay for. Whatever you do, don't look at the bathroom ceiling! For a place that charges an additional $50 cleaning fee, it's pretty dirty. There are explicit directions about cleaning up after yourself and leaving the place "in the same condition you found it it." That's not exactly difficult, given that it's dirty to begin with. Why even bother charging the cleaning fee? If you're looking to save money, the place and location are great: cram all your friends in there and remember bring some flip flops for the shower.
Great location near to the Central stop on the T. The place is pleasant, and will comfortably fit 4.
Good choice for a group on a budget!
Description was okay. I arrived late though, 1:30 in the morning. Which is good because I only got the entry details at like 9:30 or 10 or something. It was bad because at about 1:45, while I was getting ready to dive into bed, someone else walked into the apartment. They proceeded to tell me it was theres, the even had the door codes to get into the place.
I tried calling the emergency contact number, so did the other guy, but nobody answered. I never even got a call back, so in short, this place wasn't a safe or comfortable place to sleep.
