Be my guest and TRULY experience NYC/BROOKLYN. Want to be Near Downtown Brooklyn and in proximity to Manhattan but far from those high prices then this is would be a great option for you! A Private MASTER BedRoom in an OWNER occupied Triplex.

WALKING distance to the #3/4 train lines.

The space
Your private room has its' own private bathroom with a toilet, bathtub. shower, and storage area. There is plenty of storage area for your clothes and belongings.

This bedroom has a luxuriously comfortable queen size canopy bed, a closet, with a computer desk and a ROKU TV with NetFlix, Youtube, etc. Lots of natural lights come through the window.

For Airbnb guests, there is no cooking

The bathroom is JUST for YOU and your Guest with toilet tissue, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and simple cleaning supplies. You can also find a hair dryer and flat iron in the bathroom cabinet.

The bedroom is on the 3rd floor with private access from the front door to the staircase and is separate and locked from the rest of the apartment in a four story home. There is one long term tenant in the 2nd rental unit that occupies the 4th floor.

Cleanliness & Reporting Issues
All towels and linens are washed and inspected before each stay. Occasionally, a stray hair or minor housekeeping imperfection may be found despite thorough cleaning.

Guests must report any cleanliness concerns within 2 hours of check-in and allow the host an opportunity to resolve the issue. Minor issues that can be promptly corrected, including a stray hair on a towel, linen, or bedding, are NOT grounds for a refund when a reasonable remedy or replacement is offered.

Guest access
Two guests are invited to enjoy this space. We do not host more than 2 guests.

Please do not allow additional/other guests to visit during your stay. OR you will be charged $100 for each visitor. There are NO exceptions. Thank you

- ONLY registered guests/persons are allowed on the property (ID check)
-NO MEETUPS, VISITORS, AND/OR OVERNIGHT GUESTS that are not previously registered/booked. (STRICT: Breaking this rule will be considered trespassing and the booking will be cancelled immediately.

- HOUSE RULES are EFFECTIVE IF POSTED MINIMUM 1 DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL. BY CHECKING IN, ALL GUESTS ARE ACCEPTING THE CURRENT VERSION OF HOUSE RULES.

This neighborhood has quite a few places to eat. There is a Dunkin Donuts/Dominos/Baskin Robbins/Papa John/Supermarkets about a 3 min walk away. In addition, there local eateries serving Caribbean, Spanish, Chinese restaurants, and delis where you can pick up sandwiches and quick meals to go.

- FITNESS: There is a BLINK GYM about a 5 minute walk away hop right on the #3 train to Manhattan
-LAUNDRY: There is one laundromat across the street and another about 3 mins away.
