Lovely apartment in the city centre. Situated in a quiet street it is a short walk to the Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile and other attractions.
A lovely ground floor apartment in a quiet cul-de-sac, with views out to both gardens. It is part of a traditional Edinburgh tenement circa 1900. The apartment has a large sit-in kitchen and 3 rooms of which two are available to the tenants.
The modern yet rustic interior makes it a comfortable, good value base for a city holiday. I am an artist so there are paintings and photographs on all the walls.

Often a lot of sun comes in through the windows, creating a bright and friendly space.

The bathroom is newly installed and has a fabulous overhead shower and full size tub. Shampoo and shower geI are provided so you don't have to bring it : )
The toilet has it's own very small library.

I am happy for you to treat my flat like home. Zoubidus the cat will do his best to entertain you with his relaxation and sleep exercises he practises nearly all day long.
I have lived in Edinburgh for 15 years and know this beautiful city very well. As an artist the flat contains musical instruments and art works on the wall, and is quirky and interesting. I particularly love to cycle through the park around the corner or climb Arthur's Seat on a sunny day. We have a cat we love and always like to meet people and make new friends.
