What is better than a little Rock n' Roll?! This one-of-a-kind spaces is in the heart of Louisville's thriving music scene. Directly across the street from one of the most sought after venues in the city, you are sure to find something fun to do. This four bedroom, two bathroom home is perfect for groups of all genres. Featuring unique art and local touches, you will not want to miss out on staying in the Rock n' Roll Airbnb.

This stylish and unique four (4) bedroom, two (2) bathroom house has been updated to feature all the modern amenities you expect in a top-notch Airbnb. Bringing that local Louisville feel all while mixing in that Rock n' Roll charm, this is a place you will come back to time and time again.

You will have complete access to the space during your stay. One bedroom is on the main level located close to the kitchen. All remaining rooms are located on the second floor.

There is a washer and dryer located off of the kitchen that you are more than welcome to use during your stay, as well.

We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply listens to the noise level (measured in decibels).

The backyard is fully fenced in with a privacy fence.

You will have complete access to the space during your stay. One bedroom is on the main level located close to the kitchen. All remaining rooms are located on the second floor.

There is a washer and dryer located off of the kitchen that you are more then welcome to use during your stay, as well.

Detailed check-in instructions will be sent by e-mail at 3 PM EST the day prior to your arrival and will include information related to parking and property access. Check out is at 10 AM.

We do our best to accommodate all early check-in and late check-out requests. Please contact us the day prior to your scheduled check-in or check-out to discuss. Check-ins before 2 PM and check-outs after 11 AM will have an additional cost.

This property has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community.

Other things to note
You will be renting an entire house. Unlike a hotel, no one is on-site 24/7. If problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all.

Our kitchens are well-equipped to prepare meals and feature all cookware and dining utensils. Basics, such as salt, pepper, and oil, are often on-site. However, we are not always made aware when the last of these items are used. Please check the space before going to the grocery to ensure you have all items necessary for meal preparation.
