Each of our four lofts feature One King Suite, One Queen Suite, Dining Room, Efficiency Kitchen including stove and two full bathrooms along with: * Free public parking on street * Large 44" flat screen TV * Free access to WiFi * Pillow top mattresses * Hairdryers * Washer + Dryer * Iron and ironing board * Wide veranda overlooking the Tuckaseegee River with view of Great Smoky Mountains

The loft is not set up to handle more than 4 adults. Couches are not permitted to use for sleep. If more than 4 adults stay in the loft, you will be charged $100 per additional person, per night.
