Carolyn & Aaron's place was perfect for our first visit to Santa Barbara. The place was incredibly clean, well decorated, fully stocked with extras, info, and personal touches. Comfy bed, great shower, adorable outdoor space. Perfectly located in between the beach & State Street.
They made check in & check out beyond easy. Thank you for all your hospitality!
My partner and i stayed in Santa Barbara for two nights and had a really lovely time. The accommodation was clean and tidy and we were provided with a complimentary bottle of wine which was lovely. Carolyn and Adam have bikes available for use that we rode to Stearns wharf and had a fantastic time. Would definitely recommend to others!
Nice neighborhood, very comfy summerhouse and a nice hot tub - had a very relaxing stay. Aaron and Carolyn are very quick to answer questions as well.
Our stay at Casa Verano was wonderful. We loved the house and the city. The studio is very thought out, complete with beach towels, wine opener, and many other amneities. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking, and Carolyn's food recommendations were delicious. We would definetely stay again at Casa Verano. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
The room was nicely decorated, and several snacks and beverages, including a bottle of wine, were left for us. The directions left were very clear and thorough, including check in and check out cards. Having bikes to borrow was such a nice treat, too.
Everything was amazing, Carolyn and Aaron really pay attention to the details, the wine and water in the mini fridge, the hot tub, the bed is really comfortable, everything is very cute and handy.
About the Host, Carolyn And Aaron
Hi there. Glad you stopped by and took some time to read our profile. We love living in Santa Barbara and feel so fortunate to call our little 30s bungalow our own. When we bought the house, it was in need of some serious updating and TLC. Over the years it's been quite a few different styles and shades, from a funky blue to canary yellow. Since owning it we have striven to give it a sense of oneness while trying to maintain its unique personality. Casa Verano is our attempt at capturing that quintessential mishmash of styles, vegetation, and design that is so Santa Barbara. At first it was a hobby. Now it is a passion living here.
Sunday morning Mimosas with breakfast at Mesa Cafe, playing in the surf at Hendry's Beach with our two awesome miniature pinschers, taking scenic drives through Hope Ranch to watch the sun set over an endless Pacific, and the smell of Santa Maria Tri-Tip on the grill with a Margarita in hand: that is home for us. That is Santa Barbara living! Come stay at Casa Verano and you will see what we mean.
