The Space

Villa Blanca features unique and distinctive architecture and an outstanding location by Los Muertos Beach in Old Town Vallarta.

Designed by Mexican architect Diego Mendez de las Penas, this one-of-a-kind building offers unobstructed front row seats to some of the world's most amazing sunsets, viewed from the roof-top terrace of an architectural masterpiece. You will be inspired - and just imagine... from the privacy of your own suite... the sounds of the ocean... tropical flowers... awesome views.

We also have a two-bedroom suite available.

This quaint, 11-unit condominium complex is, architecturally, the most interesting looking building in the Olas Altas area. Villa Blanca is located one block off the popular beach, Playa Los Muertos on the south side of Puerto Vallarta - a very safe and friendly neighbourhood.

In the morning as the sun rises it reveals the water and mountains beyond. In the evening, gorgeous sunsets signal the end of the day and the start of Mexican night life!

Along with spectacular scenery and outdoor activities, one reason Los Muertos Beach is so popular is its close proximity to the city of Puerto Vallarta, with its blend of traditional "Old Mexico" charm and modern amenities. Cobblestone streets and old Spanish-style and red tile roof buildings with colorful flowers combine with first-class hotels and restaurants, upscale shops, art galleries, and an exciting nightlife. Villa Blanca is an easy walk - yet on a private street which is great for a peaceful night's sleep.

Take the stairs to the beach - you are in the ocean in about three minutes!

  • Enjoyed our stay. Condo was nice but not great (funky,,). A little overpriced for what it was. Sara was very easy to work with and the property manager and maid were very good

  • Great location and cute unit! We stayed for a week and loved it! Breezes off the ocean, the sound of surf lulling us to sleep and walking distance to everything we needed!

  • Location, location location! This condo is brilliiantly well located.Just behind Blue Chairs Hotel, a short walk down stairs directly to the beach at Blue Chairs...and a couple blocks walk to Olas Altas street and all the restaurants, clubs, bars, you could want.

the apartment is comfortable, not brand new, but good. everything works. Luis the"Super" and "Chuy" his assistant were very helpful. a maid comes daily - tip them all at the end of your stay...

Sarah, only an e-mail presence, was helpful and prompt in response to enquriies. wi-fi in the apartment and tv worked fine. NOt the quietest location, but Vallarta parties heartily on holiday weekends. I was there for Semana Santa, the gayest week in the most tolerant gayest town in Mexico...very cute to see young Mexican couples so giddy with being able to hold hands in public....

  • Simply, a terrific experience.

Wonderful views, beautiful landscaping. Friendly groundskeeper, housekeeper and property manager. You can see the ocean, you can hear the ocean. And really, as far as noise goes, that's about all you can hear (except the expected parties + fireworks on NYE).

    Lovely little condo.

About
I am a Canadian, living in Panama for 9 years. I own and rent fully equipped apartments in Panama City , as well as casitas on my property near the beach in Coronado (about 1 1/4 hour from Panama City) and a brand new 2 bedroom Coronado Golf Condo located on our famous Tom Fazio golf course in Coronado. I am also a Buyer's Consultant with a very reputable real estate Company Try Panama. I can help you with every aspect of Panama Relocation :) I started (with a dream, a prayer and a loan from a friend! ) a property management company in Whistler in the 90's and owned / operated Whistler Peak Properties, managing 85 high end ski in/out condos and townhomes, along with my wonderful team. After selling my company in 2001 I traveled SE Asia for 2 years, then moved south and put my experience and expertise to work in Mexico and now Panama. I have renovated all my properties and have learned so many interesting and valuable lessons, about the countries and cultures and really love living in Latin America. Personally, I am friendly, easy going, spontaneous and my friends compliment me on my spirit. I really love adventures and my greatest passion is travel. I am curious and interested in other cultures and strive to learn languages and get to know the locals. In essence, it inspires me.... Am originally from England, but grew up in Canada and moved to Mexico then, onto Panama . My business , and passion is real estate investing, renovating and marketing / renting vacation rentals in Panama City and country areas, as well as Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I sincerely believe in a high level of service and my motto is "Everyone deserves a world class greeting". I also make a huge effort to keep my properties current, constantly renovating / upgrading items and furnishings. Most importantly, service and true hospitality! Because of my love for travel, Panama has proven to be a fantastic hub, and I've visited almost every Central and South American country with only a couple more countries left on the bucket list. I hope you will come and visit us in Panama! I have had the BEST experience with airbnb.. first as a renter, then host, now both! I have used this site extensively in my travels to the Middle East, India and Europe as a guest, and even more extensively as a host. Please contact me for the best local experience. Bienvenidos a Panama y Mexico, Sarita
