Modern, minimalist beautiful studio apt. Close to KU Med, Plaza, the best BBQ in the country @Joe’s KC . 5 min- Plaza with world class shopping and restaurants. 2 min- KU Med Center. 7 min- Westport. 2 min from 1-35. 12 min- Sprint Center. Studio has a full size bed and a couch that can be converted into a futon. Kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, laundry in the building, & small patio. Google fiber Gigabit internet and smart TV.

Other things to note
There is one parking spot on sight, the back of the apartment building for you labeled. It is for a compact car. If you need a bigger space or more parking there is street parking available.
