The space
Welcome to our elegant, simple, and fresh home! On the first floor, you'll find a spacious kitchen, living room, and dining room. The living room is perfect for gathering or relaxing in the reading nook, while the cozy sunroom offers a TV for extra comfort. The dining room seats 6 comfortably, and there’s a private patio for enjoying your morning coffee or tea.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen-size bed, ample storage, and a private office. Two guest rooms offer a queen-size bed and a full-size bed, respectively. The newly renovated bathroom includes a tub/shower. The entire home is filled with natural light and boasts beautiful nature views from the second floor.

Downstairs, you’ll find an additional TV room, access to the garage, and the washer/dryer.

We use this house as a family home while I'm working in the Pittsburgh area, and rent it out during our time away.
