OUR COMFY AND SUPER CLEAN LOFT
Very comfortable queen sized bed and tons of light streaming in. The couch is a futon for 2 additional guests to use. We decided to leave the bedroom open to the living room to maximize the light.
Large eat-in kitchen with window, and more light. Brand new stainless steel stove, kitchen floors were just also just redone. The art is by me and my husband, BK artists.

We try to make it easy and convenient for our guests to check in and check out whenever they need to, so the keys are left in the key box on the outside fence. As a Native Manhattanite I can tell you Williamsburg has the coolest bars and restaurants in this city. Whether you're a foodie, want to sit in a garden restaurant, like a great cocktail or just want to kick back with a beer, we are surrounded by the best restaurants in the neighborhood (including Beco on our street, The Wythe Hotel, Brooklyn Brewery, Brooklyn Bowl, and The Knitting Factory to name a few). Mixed in are tons of old school spots like Bamonte’s 2 blocks away, an old school Italian spot where the bartender has been working there for 45 years and the gnocci is definitely worth a visit!
Like to shop? Tons of boutiques on Bedford just a couple blocks away, and don't miss the famous second hand store Beacon's closet, home of the most fashionable designer brands that have already been curated by the uber-hip stylists that run it.
We have made a guestbook for the apartment with all our top suggested spots for food, drink, coffee and sights and many of our guests have told us it really made their trip :)
We are literally as close as you can be to Manhattan without actually being there!
5 minute walk to the L stop at Bedford or Lorimer L stop, and only 10 minutes to Union Square. Look up the location by searching the corner of Union and N11th, zip 11211.
Here's your chance to stay in super cool Williamsburg and still be minutes from Manhattan. Once you're there, it's only about 10 minutes more to Soho, LES, West Village, and all the sights in Midtown.
You can connect with EVERY train from the L train!
Other Things to Note
Please let us know how we can make your stay better once you arrive! Happy to make restaurant and activity recommendations as well :)
All we ask is that you treat the place like you would your own home, and please wash your dishes!
Also, please just be respectful of our neighbors, they are all very nice and we like to be nice to them back. It's a small building with lots of families, so if you come home late at night PLEASE KEEP YOUR VOICES DOWN as you walk through the hallways. Thank you!
This apartment is awesome. Pia made sure we knew where things were and was there to help and answer any question that came up. I would recommend this for people wanting to enjoy Williamsburg. The location is excellent and the apartment is beautiful.
Pia is a very professional host who gave us all the info we need to make our stay as nice as possible. The apartment is located on a great spot. It is a nice place with lots of character and a good kitchen. Great value for money!
Pia's place was clean and conveniently located in Brooklyn. Couldn't have asked for more, would definitely stay there again!
Fantastic stay! The space was beautiful and exactly what we needed. Pia is a pro and provided all the details we needed. Was very helpful with storing our bags when we showed up a bit early.
This space was exactly what my wife and I needed in Brooklyn. Beautiful, peaceful, poised. Would recommend to anyone heading to Brooklyn.
Super lovely flat in a great location.
The apartment is in the center of so many things; right around the corner from McCarren park, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, and yet still private and quiet.
Also, check-in was one of the easiest we've ever experienced.
We stayed in Williamsburg for a week and had a truly amazing stay. The apt. was perfect, clean and with plenty of space for two adults and a baby. Pia gave us good instructions for how to get there incl. getting the keys and there even is a guidebook in the apt. We would absolutely recommend it. A minor problem was one very hot evening where the power went of, accidently shot down centrally by the neighbour. We tried to contact Pia by phone but didn't hear back before next day. We managed to fix the problem ourselves by finding the central switch in the basement, but would have preferred faster feedback.

About the Host, Pia
My husband Steve and I run a branding and design company called Worstofall Design. I'm a native New Yorker, went to Hunter Elem and High school and then Wesleyan University. I've been a dancer my whole life, and my husband is a painter, so our self-employed lifestyle is suiting us well! I love living in Brooklyn and Williamsburg is an amazing place to be these days. It's a great mix of super cool restaurants and bars and cheap produce and fish down on Grand Street, or great kilbasa and polish food up on Greenpoint Ave. I love living next to the park and there is a beautiful Farmers Market around the corner from us every Saturday. Definitely a fun place to live, or visit!
We love hosting and meeting people from all over the world, and are happy to tell you our favorite spots that we recommend. Feel free to drop a line if you have any questions!
