After a day of enjoying this crazy city you need a calming place to come home to that is still in the middle of everything. Enjoy our modern, minimalist loft-like home with exposed beams and brick located in the very happening north side of Williamsburg in Brooklyn.
Look up the location by searching the corner of Union and N11th, zip 11211.
5 minute walk to the L stop at Bedford or Lorimer L stop, and only 10 minutes to Union Square.
Very comfy queen sized bed and tons of light streaming through. The couch is a futon for 2 additional guests to use. We decided to leave the bedroom open to the living room to maximize the light.
Large eat-in kitchen with window, and more light! Brand new stainless steel stove, kitchen floors were just also just redone.
The art is by me and my husband, BK artists. It's three flights up and there is no elevator, but it's worth it!
Williamsburg has tons of the coolest bars and restaurants in the Brooklyn. Brooklyn Brewery, Roebling Tea Room, and Brooklyn Bowl are just down the street. Here's your chance to stay in super cool Williamsburg and still be minutes from Manhattan.
Like to shop? Tons of boutiques on Bedford just a couple blocks away, and don't miss the famous second hand store Beacon's closet, home of the most fashionable designer brands that have already been curated by the uber-hip stylists that run it.
The places comes with:
- fresh towels
- clean sheets (obviously!)
- hair dryer
- iron and ironing board
- toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel
Hopefully that makes packing easier :)

Interaction with Guests
We try to make it easy and convenient for our guests to check in and check out whenever they need to, so the keys are left in the key box on the outside fence. This means we generally don't see our guests, although we are usually around if you need us!
Coolest neighborhood in the world according to the NYTimes!
We are literally as close as you can be to Manhattan without actually being there!
5 minute walk to the Bedford or Lorimer L train stops. From Bedford it is 1 stop to Manhattan and another 2 stops to Union Square.
You can connect with EVERY train from the L train!
Other Things to Note
Please let us know how we can make your stay better once you arrive! Happy to make restaurant and activity recommendations as well :)
All we ask is that you treat the place like you would your own home, and please wash your dishes!
Also, please just be respectful of our neighbors, they are all very nice and we like to be nice to them back. It's a small building with lots of families, so if you come home late at night PLEASE KEEP YOUR VOICES DOWN as you walk through the hallways. Thank you!
Pia was so attentive!
She was so nice and made us feel really at home. Though we didn't get a chance to meet her, she was great! Pia even left us coffee, and a binder filled with her personal favorite spots around the vicinity.
The place was amazing and was so picturesque! After posting it on social media, I got heaps of people asking where it was ;)
Will definitely stay here again if given the chance.
We loved our stay in Pia's apartment which was exactly how it was described on the website. It was very clean and, most importantly, really warm!. It's a perfect spot to explore the delights of Williamsburg and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
I loved Pia’s apartment. It was clean, bright, modern and minimalist as described. There was lots of light and I loved the white walls and floor. I needed an airbnb that day and Pia responded to my inquiries immediately and was available to meet me with the key right away. She was very accommodating. The apartment was quiet but in a very good location. I would definitely stay there again during my next visit.
Pia's place was perfect for our stay in Brooklyn. It was bright, clean, and cozy, and only a few blocks from the subway into Manhattan. Checkin and checkout couldn't have been easier. We would definitely stay here again.
The apartment is very clean with a lot of space and well located. it was very pleasant to be there for a few days. Nevertheless, it is more to consider it as a nice room from an hotel rather than a living place. Pia was very nice and quick to answer to our numerous requests and demands.
The apartment was better than pictured, if that's even possible. My best friend and I were using AirBnb while in between apartments and our experience with Pia was by far our favorite. When I slept through my alarm on check out day, she was understanding and accommodating. This is a fourth floor walk up with a narrow staircase so be prepared to sweat if you have heavy luggage (we did) BUT IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT. The futon is huge and there are tons of extra blankets and pillows. The building is very quiet. I didn't see or hear anyone besides us.
Pia was extremely accommodating, friendly & helpful. The apartment was super spacious, comfortable & beautifully styled. We visited during a snow blizzard & very cold conditions however, we were kept ultra cosy with the superb heating & extra oil heaters on offer.

My husband Steve and I run a branding and design company called Worstofall Design. I'm a native New Yorker, went to Hunter Elem and High school and then Wesleyan University. I've been a dancer my whole life, and my husband is a painter, so our self-employed lifestyle is suiting us well! I love living in Brooklyn and Williamsburg is an amazing place to be these days. It's a great mix of super cool restaurants and bars and cheap produce and fish down on Grand Street, or great kilbasa and polish food up on Greenpoint Ave. I love living next to the park and there is a beautiful Farmers Market around the corner from us every Saturday. Definitely a fun place to live, or visit!
We love hosting and meeting people from all over the world, and are happy to tell you our favorite spots that we recommend. Feel free to drop a line if you have any questions!
