The rate is only ₱2,500 per hour, already inclusive of shoe rental and covers both lanes exclusive to your use.

Even if you don’t book the bowling, please note you’re still welcome to enjoy the half court basketball & billiards for free 🙂

The space
Our base price is good for 8 guests and costs P16,800/night on weekdays (Sun-Thu) & P19,800 per night on weekends (Fri and Sat). In excess of 8 guests, it would be P800 per head.

The entire place can accommodate a max of 21 guests at any one time, including overnight and day guests. No loud parties allowed, but karaoke may be used 24/7 (no time restriction).

• Street parking is only for 3 vehicles in compliance with subdivision rules. In excess of 3, parking would be in a secured gated area about 2 minutes away from the property. Shuttle will be provided

Guests must bring their own toiletries and towels. However, towels are available upon request should you need it (max of 10).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire place but use of the bedrooms will depend on the number of guests.

Please note of the additional information for the price:

For additional guests who won't be staying the night, it would be P600 per head. Photographers and other suppliers are considered as day guests. Guests leaving the place at 1am onwards and have stayed for at least 4 hours are charged in full.

Kids and adults are charged the same rate but infants (2 years old and below) are free of charge.

We allow a max of 2 small housetrained pets with a pet fee of P600 for each pet.

Guest service fee on the breakdown is paid to Airbnb.

Our location is at the heart of Tagaytay city, just a few minutes away from restaurants and tourists destinations. Nearest landmark is the overlooking Starbucks downhill just 3 minutes away.

Food deliveries are available at the area, but you may also ask assistance from our staff to buy/pick up food for you. A little tip would do.

For groceries, there is City Market and Fora Mall just 5 minutes away by car.
