Located in the heart of Downtown Albany, this historic boarding house turned boutique hotel is a gem. Rest and reset in one of our cozy bedrooms. Commune in our living room with a view overlooking downtown. Share a meal in our kitchen and dining room. Enjoy a relaxing bath in one of our clawfoot tubs. Start your day at the best coffee shop in town just below our hotel. Grab a drink or bite to eat from one of our many restaurant and tap house neighbors. This is the spot to be!

The space
This one of a kind space is located on the top floor of the Stetter's Grocery Building, built in 1909. Originally a boarding house for the wives and families of soldiers stationed at Camp Adair, this 7 bedroom, 2 bathroom space has such beautiful character. Original hardwood floors and clawfoot tub, functioning transom windows, exposed brick walls, and ship-lap lined skylights are just some of the things that will catch your eye.

Guests will privately enjoy their uniquely decorated and cozy bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own lock and key.

There are two bathrooms available for "shared" use among all hotel guests. There is also a community style kitchen, dining room, and living room available for use.

**24-hour check-in available thanks to our keyless entry option (we just ask that you be respectful with noise for your fellow guests)**

Guest access
Guests have access to the individual room they've booked, complete with their own room key. The rest of the hotel is shared space for all guests, including two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, and living room.

Other things to note
*Important things to consider before booking*

~ You must be able to easily go up and down a 25 step flight of stairs in the entrance of the hotel.

~ The main entrance is located on the back of the building in the alleyway. There is a keyless entry lock and the code will be provided prior to your arrival.

~ Parking in Downtown Albany can be limited.

This is a very unique historic neighborhood with many homes and buildings dating over a hundred years old. Incredible Christmas lights are displayed in the Winter, and just two blocks away is a Saturday Market in the Spring and Summer. This hotel is directly attached to an amazing bakery (Natural Sprinkles), coffee shop (Margin Coffee), and Hungarian restaurant (Novak's). We are just a block from our very own independent theatre (The Pix), as well as multiple delicious eateries and taphouses. We are just a couple minutes walk to our famous Carousel. You couldn't ask for a better location!
