Like most reviews, area looks sketchy but was very safe. Uber driver said that area is fine. It was super cute and all I needed as a single traveler. Very clean. Yes, wifi was a bit spotty. Some channels would come in and then wouldn't. Was able to park n the back of the house…

Pros: Space is accurately and clearly described and excellent value. Cons: In an OK part of town not near any tourist areas. May have to walk through driveway through gravel/dirt but this was communicated clearly prior.

Well, it's tiny... :) but it's very private, clean and well organized. It has everything you need.
