Guests love this home’s scenic location.

Stylish, modern, stand alone accommodation with outside seating area and BBQ. The property offers secure gated parking for 2/3 cars.
The accommodation is within 10 acreas of grounds which offers some special touches, walks, picnics, watching the sun rise or set and outside games .
We can also taylor make your weekend to add some more treats and expereinces.
Special occassions on request - flowers, champagne, canapas, balloons, picnic food, afternoon tea, beauty theropist and floristry classes.

The space
The property is modern and we stride for a high standard. Lovely linen, towels, and extra touches. The smart Tv is large and offers Netflix. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has a lovely walk in shower.

Guest access
Great access to the following locations.
Bicester Village for shopping, Silverstone Race Track, National trust -Stowe, Waddesdon Manor, Towester racecourse, Bletchley Park, Woburn Safari Park, Stoney Straford offers lovely walks along the River Ouse and the Grand Union Canal.
Milton Keynes - water sports, ice skating, sking, resturants and shopping.
We have a local butcher and the steaks are highly recommended. The farm shop in Nash sells meat, vegetables and eggs.
Udderly Farm sells fresh raw milk in Winslow.
The farm deli in Winslow sells delious food and will deliver Friday and Saturday with prior arrangement.
We also see the fish and chip van and farmslice mobile pizza van pass through Beachampton and Nash village on a Friday and Saturday evening - again more information can be requested on booking.
As a family we like to source locally produced food and support our neighbouring small businesses.

Other things to note
We are very happy to accommodate Birthday's, Hen/ Wedding parties and also offer a special weekend break.
We can recommend florists, Hairdressers and babysitters to make the day go smoothly.
During the year we can organise Easter egg hunts, Pumpkin Carving, Christmas Wreath making and Pamper Days.
Christmas time is always special with the outside decorated with lights, two Christmas Trees and few more special ideas - a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie on arrival. When you book, please ask for price list for any additional requests. This then can be agreed and planned before your visit.
