Downstairs features a large custom theater room with six reclining theater seats – projector and full surround sound. We have also included a Wii and some games for your use. There is also a large bedroom with a new California King bed and full bath. There is a full size washer/dryer available for your use as well as a large food storage room with modular can system and shelves for storage.
The home has a long driveway with basketball standard and a enclosed/attached 2-car garage with automatic garage doors and extra refrigerator/freezer.
Our home is wired with (website hidden) Internet thru-out the house as well as antenna cable (we get about 40 quality channels).

No Smoking, No Drugs, No Partying, No Pets, No additional guests without written permission!
Not a "party" house. Good for families/professionals looking for a home away from home.
Utilities are included as long as they stay within the "regular" usage (generally $150 per month) If utility usage is in excess of this, the overage amount will be deducted from your deposit (IE running AC day and night, cranking up the heat in the winter, leaving on lights, etc will result in overage charge). Just please be aware of the lights & A/C. We want you to be comfortable - just not wasteful. Also be aware of the natural gas BBQ, it is VERY easy to forget that you turned it on, and it will just keep going since it is attached to the home. This is VERY costly and wasteful and you will be paying the gas bill if this happens.
$25.00 per hour cleaning fee will be assessed if the Apartment is not left in the same condition as when checked-in. Any concerns regarding cleanliness/condition of apartment should be noted in writing upon check-in otherwise renter will be held responsible. Cleaning supplies are available for your use.
Sheets and towels do not need to be washed, although any stains on the linens/ couches/ towels will result in replacement which will be deducted from your deposit.
Check-out will include the garbage being brought out and general cleaning of the unit. This means wiping down the counters, all dishes washed, or at least placed in the dishwasher being washed. Floors swept, carpets vacuumed. We don't expect you to clean out the microwave or fridge, unless of course you spilled something or something exploded in the microwave - that we DO expect you to clean up. Bathroom, again wiped down but you don't have to clean the toilet or anything like that. Just leave our home in the same condition you found it and our cleaning crew will come in and to all the scrubbing of the toilets/tub/shower/fridge/oven/microwaves. You don't need to make the beds - again our cleaning crew will take care of washing the towels & linens - but let us know if you stained or damaged anything so we can assess and discuss the damage and replacement cost. Know that we will eventually find any items that are lost, damaged or otherwise need to be replaced, but it makes our job MUCH easier if you let us know ahead of time instead of us finding after the fact, and having to assess a cost AFTER you have already gone.
Also, if you moved anything from it's original location, please put it back or we will assume it was taken and charge you for this (No my cleaners do not have time to go looking and re-staging all the items you moved)
You will be given 2 sets of keys upon check-in. Replacement cost will be $25 per set if lost or damaged. You will also be given 2 garage door openers. If lost, these will be replaced at $125 each.
Any missing games/Dvds/Wii Motes, etc will be replaced at your cost including a $25 fee for my time and effort.
Guests do NOT have access to the tool sheds. We take care of the landscaping, there is no reason for you to go into any tool/garden shed, so please don't.
Basically, treat our beautiful apartment well, keep things picked up and everything will be fine. We RARELY withhold deposit money because most of our guests "get it" and leave the apartment in fabulous condition - which results in 100% refund of their deposit - EVERYONE wins!!

We had an Awesome Stay in Michelle and Bryan's Home! We experienced impeccable Hospitality; they were available for any Questions; and also enjoyed the Convenient Location!! We would definitely recommend staying at their Place Again, in fact my Husband is trying to figure out how to recreate the Theater Room!
We loved staying at Michelle's provo home. She was there when we arrived and got us settled. When I needed a kitchen item that I couldn't find, she immediately answered my texts.
The home was comfortable, clean, and homey. It's in a fantastic location as well - easy access to everything.

I pride myself on taking care of my guests. I always do my best to personally be there there to check in each guest. That way, I can show you around and make sure you feel comfortable and are happy with the apartment. I'll take the time to show you how to get to the Subway, give you your own Subway Map, and direct you to the local grocery store. We discuss the easiest way to traverse the city and help ensure your vacation is fabulous! I will show you how to utilize the washer/dryer and basically answer any additional questions you may have. I know how important/expensive and important these vacations can be and I want to make sure your lodging is NOT something you need to worry about!
