Our decor is simple and styled with a minimal and clean approach to the interior. Stepping into our bungalow is like finding an oasis in town. It is everything you need in a wonderful tiny space. Room for 1-2 folks for your next trip to a UTK or CNU (within walking distance) game or even a business trip to downtown Knoxville (just 30 minutes away). Kitchenette, with bistro table, has a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Bathroom has single stall shower with a tiny tank (shower quick:)

We are walking distance from Carson-Newman University and you have private parking and a small yard. The home is about 225sqft but has a large queen sized bed and a large smart TV!
