Set in a spectacular clifftop location next to one of the most beautiful and secluded beaches in Tortola, The House of Rogues is a rare, stylish architectural gem set in lush terraced gardens. The large infinity edge pool is designed to mirror the natural beauty of the sea below and the sweeping views along the rugged Atlantic coast. With 5 bedrooms the house can accommodate up to 10 guests. The décor, furnishings and high end appliances are an eclectic mix of antique and modern chic.

The space
The house is designed to be largely energy independent with a sophisticated solar power system that can utilise grid power if necessary. The system is fully automated and requires no input from guests

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property but we do not recommend going past the gate by the lower bedroom as this is the pool, workshop and maintenance area. The cliff can be steep and hazardous beyond this point

Rogues Point,where the house is located is a small peninsular with only 6 other properties. The neighbours are all friendly and easy-going and the area is safe and secure. It is a short walk to the uncrowded and exquisite sandy beach of Rogues Bay. Be aware that the road is quite steep and uneven in places so should not be attempted by those with limited mobility. In the summer it mostly flat calm but in the winter there can be strong swells and currents here.

I came to Tortola on a sailboat 35 years ago looking for surf. I not only found great waves but a beautiful wife as well so I decided to stay. Im from Cornwall in the UK and Jessica was born and raised in the Virgin Islands. We ran an iconic island restaurant called the Last Resort together for many years and then started building unique vacation homes in the most beautiful locations we could find. We have two children and I still surf with my son (who now surfs a lot better than I ever did!)
