Come and enjoy our "happy place" year round! Our cozy, neat as a pin, cottage is located in the beautiful Berkshires with gorgeous lake views and beach access. Formerly listed on HomeAway, this cottage has an excellent reputation. Summer, fall, winter or spring, the cottage is welcoming you, complete with gift basket awaiting your arrival! Enjoy the spacious deck all day long from your first cup of coffee until your last bite of dessert. Less than 1 min walk to the waterfront.

The space
We enjoy adding our personal touch for all guests, complete with a welcoming gift basket, fresh flower bouquets (seasonal) and firewood always provided for the outdoor fire pit. Please no smoking in the cottage. We take pride in recycling and encourage our guests to do the same; we provide a recycling bin in the shed. Please be respectful of our friendly neighbors and lovely neighborhood.
