First off, I'd like to state that Zoi was a very nice and generous host. She made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable.
Second, that said, we were a bit disappointed with several things about the stay and residence. I would like to say that Zoi did a good job and that the place was nice overall, however we felt that for the price, there were several things that were unacceptable. To start, the second bedroom did not even have a blanket. I went to sleep the first night and realized that there was simply a sheet put on top of the bed and no blanket. One of the rooms did not have a remote control for the TV or a hair dryer. Upon explaining this to Zoi, we were told that we never asked for the remote and that it was hidden due to the previous tenants wildness. That said, we felt that the remote should have been provided to us and that we should not have had to ask for it, as we were a small, quiet family causing absolutely no noise whatsoever. Additionally, the towels were rock hard (literally cut us at times) and were unbelievably uncomfortable to use. Also, the tiny, tiny toiletries (shampoo and body wash) were not replaced even once for our entire stay. We, a family of 4, ran out after 2 days and had to go buy our own. Lastly, the wifi was simply non-existent. We were told on the very last day that we should have gone inside the main apartment to use the wifi. We felt that for the price we were paying (and the simple fact that it stated that there was wifi in our rooms in the airbnb listing), that we should have received wifi.
Lastly, I understand that these statements are a bit harsh and over-demanding, however we paid more than $500 each night, and felt that were lied to about several things and simply not given the acceptable amount of amenities given the price and description. Zoi was very nice and was always willing to help. We just wish the place itself was described more accurately and was more accomodating.
