Sited on a large plot of land in a countryside location with great views and easy access to local villages.
Two of us stayed for two nights last weekend. Joe was extremly welcoming - before we arrived he answered our queries very quickly and was helpful and accomodating by meeting us at a local pub to show us the way to the house (even though we were very delayed!). The house is new, clean and nicely decorated. Perfect size. Great shower (with sauna beside it!). We went for a long walk in Kinnitty Forest, about half hour drive from the house with lots of marked paths and routes. Very beautiful!
This rental unit is in the middle of the beautiful Irish countryside, and the host was great to work with. Joe took good care of us, turning on some extra heat when the weather was unexpectedly cold and making sure we had everything we needed.
Joe was a friendly and accommodating host. His rental was clean and tidy, and a few breakfast items were provided. The neighborhood in the country was very quiet, and several times we walked the area. As we were ending our vacation this was a good place to unwind and do some hiking in nearby Slieve Bloom Mountains and watch a bit of satellite TV. Recommend O'Loughlin's in nearby Port Laoise for lunch/dinner.
Joe Kelly came and met me in a nearby village in order to guide me to the apartment. Joe was very welcoming and warm with a great sense of humour. Although Joe lives on the adjoining property he respects his guests privacy and except for bumping into him and having a chat in the local pub we didn't see him.
The apartment was clean, warm and very modern. It had everything we needed for the few days. The area is beautiful and it is a perfect place to relax for a few days. The fridge stocked with breakfast goods was a nice touch! The shower/sauna/radio is a great way to wake up and start your day feeling fully awake and refreshed.
Joe picked us up in the near village and showed us the way to the house, what is absolutely necessay there. ;)
It is nice, new and clean, the kitchen is well equipped with all you need for your stay. Also the shower with ist nitfy little functions will impress you.
Because of spending our Christmas holidays here, we were welcomed by a little christmas tree and some decoration. Thumbs up for that. :)

The place is as described. It was cold when we entered but very quickly get hot. The host was nice and welcoming. The shower even has radio...
