The Perch is a Skerries landmark, marking a point just outside Skerries harbour where boats cannot go beyond for fear of hitting the dangerous rocks.
The Perch can be viewed from our room of the same name. A pretty double room complete with ensuite, The Perch is decorated in the blues and whites associated with 'New England' style decor.
The Cottages accommodation in Skerries perches on the water’s edge, any closer to the sea and you would get your toes wet! It has stunning unbroken views to the Mourne mountains and Skerries harbour.
A guest terrace runs along the water’s edge, perfect to relax and enjoy an early morning coffee or an evening sun downer while watching the amazing seabird and seal activity on your doorstep. On stormier days enjoy the view in the guest living room, it’s stove stocked with turf to keep you cosy.
The Cottages has 4 beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, most with amazing sea views overlooking the harbour and the Mourne mountains, so close that you can hear the sigh of the sea and breathe the fresh sea air from your bed. The decoration is light and airy with a seaside cottage theme.
The accommodation also provides for guests an open plan living area where guests can help themselves to complimentary tea or coffee at any time or perhaps keep a bottle of wine or a beer in the fridge to enjoy as they admire the wonderful sea views or watch the sun go down.
In the morning Jackie and Joe will prepare some delicious breakfast in this guest area.
