◼︎ Queen-sized [extremely comfortable] bed // 4 pillows, fluffy comforter, extra blankets // 100% COTTON sheets (just say no to microfiber/ plastic)

◼︎ PLUS a handmade Welcome Book with our best recommendations for hikes, trails, restaurants, and breweries (kept updated with the best new places every couple of months).

◼︎ We DO NOT allow pets, so you won't find any dander or phantom smells

--The Area--
We love this neighborhood, take daily walks, and know our neighbors pretty well. Old Colorado City (an area of Colorado Springs) is eclectic and has a unique/rich history of being a place for engaging people/ misfits. We have a back patio with a firepit area with chairs for your use. This backyard is shared with us, who live in the front house, although we don't use it when we have guests.

◼︎ 420/smoking friendly: OUTSIDE ONLY :) Just like...be cool about it, ok?

◼︎ Additionally, we host the upstairs loft/apartment of our house (the front house), so occasionally if you hang out in the courtyard you may bump into our loft guests. We've never had any problems with guests intermingling, and it seems to happen pretty rarely anyway, but want to let you know.

Entire cottage & parking spot to yourself (Access is through the back alley) There IS enough room to park a large truck or SUV with trailer.

A 6’ privacy fence separates the cottage from our house, but you're always welcome to relax on the patio.

**We have a late check-out Fee of $50 (only if we did not discuss a late check-out beforehand). **

Unplanned late check-outs can throw off our cleaners' entire day, which is why we have enacted this rule
