Trastevere is one of the best places in the Eternal City to stay and spend your evenings, as it offers a diversity of cafés and restaurants, scattered throughout the picturesque cobble stone streets. The name of district comes from Latin: trans Tiberis, over the river Tiber. There, the river is bedding and in between is this nice district.
Amazing flat - beautiful and very spacious, ideally situated in a great lively neighbourhood at the heart of Trastevere a stone's throw from the main sites to see. Beautiful old building - a very authentic taste of Rome and perfect pied-a-terre to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.
The apartment is very well planned. A common kitchen/living room with four bedrooms well placed so as not interface with each other. Three bathrooms very good and also dishwasher. We experienced no problems to go to the third floor.Good proximity to restaurants and shop for the purchase of good cheeses, ham , bread and wine, as well as walking distance to the Centre of Rome. Our assessment of the apartment is that we can recommended it to others and comeback again.

About the Host, Massimo
this is Massimo Marini, Flatinrome's founder and manager.
My website was built originally in 2002 with only one flat. After a few months of activities I understood that doing my job with passion, the direct management of the apartments (all the properties are either belonging to me, rented for a long term or I have an exclusive management agreement) and a good service for a moderate price are the best way to make the difference in the wide range of holiday rental websites in Rome. I provide a full property management, and my cleaning and maintenance staff ensure that each property is well taken care of.
So Flatinrome is not an agency (= no commissions !). My goal is my guest's satisfaction, and I do believe that this is possible only with direct contact guest-owner. I've also the firm belief that your referrals are the most powerful marketing tool and for the success of Flatinrome nothing is more precious than a satisfied guest.
The results told me that I was right: I achived my target in terms of guest satisfaction (please visit my guestbook).
I'm adding more properties that give you a wider range of choices at affordable prices.
I'm hoping to see you in one of my apartments !
