Stay in the Twilight Swan House—the reel movie home of Bella and Charlie Swan! This charming 1930s house was featured in the first Twilight film and is now available for overnight stays. Located in quiet downtown St. Helens, Oregon, it’s just a short walk to the historic riverfront and a quick drive to Portland. Step into the story and experience the magic of Twilight like never before!

The space
This house was used for filming in the movie Twilight! Take photos recreating all of your favorite Twilight scenes! Dine at Charlie's actual dining table that was used in filming. Sleep in Bella's bedroom! Team Edward?--Sleep in the "lookout" room, overlooking the front yard, which is where Bella looks out the window to see Edward parked. Team Jacob?--Sleep in the "Jacob Black guest room", located off the main entry downstairs.

At this time, we are fully booked. Please check back regularly for cancellations.
• 2-night minimum stay
• Nightly Rates: $450/Night
• Rate includes a 10% Transient Rental Tax paid to the City of St Helens
• $15/night extra guest fee for each guest beyond 5

❌ Cancellation Policy

Our policy is set to “Strict” to help prevent last-minute cancellations:
• Full refund within 48 hours of booking
• For exceptions, message us 60–90 days prior to your check-in date
• We’ll do our best to help if we’re able to rebook the dates

👥 Guest Policy
• All adult guests must be listed on the reservation at least 2 days after booking
• Check-in instructions will only be sent once guest list is received
• Only registered guests may enter the home. No unlisted visitors allowed.

🛏️ Bella’s Bedroom Update

The original, screen-accurate bedding is now on display in the closet (too fragile for guest use).
In its place, we’ve provided bedding that still matches Bella’s cozy film aesthetic—so you’ll feel like you’re in the movie, without compromising comfort.

• Not fenced – please watch children carefully, especially near the steep gully in the back.
• Yard maintenance: every other Wednesday morning

• No parties allowed.
• Unauthorized gatherings = $250 fee, possible immediate removal without refund
• Excessive noise? Police may be contacted and $150 fine assessed
