There are a total of four (4) parking spaces, two (2) inside the garage for small cars/SUVs and two (2) behind those cars outside the garage. No extra-large SUVs or similar vehicles will fit behind the house as the driveway's turn radius is tight.
The driveway is shared with the house to the right of us so please do not block the driveway or their parking space which is located behind their house. Please do not drive or park in the neighbor’s grass. There are additional free parking spaces located in front of the house on the street.
You probably won't see us at all but a host is available via phone call, text or email throughout your stay. We are happy to help you find fun things to do and great places to eat!

If you need total darkness to sleep, then it's recommended you bring something to cover your eyes. The house has many windows throughout the house and most of them have shutters on only the lower half. Between the sunlight and the city lights at night, it is well-lit inside.

Lives in Lexington, Kentucky
Hey!
I’m a Kentucky girl born and raised now living in Nashville TN. I love to travel but no matter where I go Kentucky will always be home. My mom and I bought the Historic JC Butler House to honor a piece of Kentucky history while also sharing our love of all things the Bluegrass State has to offer with our guests.
