Beautiful brand new single bedroom studio home with 2 Air conditioners. Ideal for small families. Just 100 yards from the beach road and walkable to Ramakrishna Beach, Novotel etc. A nice terrace and a spacious sitting area outside. This place is 5 minutes away from Jagadamba Junction.

The space
This is a studio home which have a large hall, separate kitchen and wash room. In hall, at one side queen sized bed(5'×6' size cot with a 6" foam bed) is there and in middle of the hall, a 3+2 sofa and a floor matrices(1no's) which is having a size of 2.5'×6' and a thickness of 2", and 2 Air conditioners one is near bed and the other is near Sofa. LED TV is fixed to the wall near bed with the cable connection. There is one single door fridge in the kitchen, and there is an electrical rice cooker with 2 bowls, induction stove, microwave oven and some basic utensils like plates, glasses, spoons, forks, tea cups, a medium sized fry pan, 3L Pressure cooker and bowls are there. In bathroom, a geyser is there. We will provide Bislari water for drinking and municipal bore water for general use.
