The space
Excellent & central location in San Diego off of two major freeways: 805 and 8!

You'll be able to check yourself in via padlock or I'm also happy to meet you, I'll provide the padlock code as well as checking in instructions one day prior to your arrival.

Kitchenette includes mini fridge, microwave, stainless steel kettle, french press, coffee machine, toaster oven, burner cooktop, cutlery, silverware, pots and pans, dinnerware, blender for shakes or soups, paper towels, napkins and more!

Bathroom comes with towels, toiletries, first aid kit, hair dryer, scale and toilet paper!

Enjoy a quick Uber ride from our place to all of San Diego’s best attractions (anywhere under $20)!! There's also a bus stop down the street.

Totally private side entrance from driveway, plenty of free street parking as well as one parking spot in the driveway in front of guest entrance fence gate/ garage door. Washer & Dryer available for small fee, please contact us for assistance & please ask before use!

Other things to note
All areas are private to our guests except for the laundry room. We (your host Anna and her husband Nathan) will share the washer and dryer with our guests. Your hosts live on the same property in a separate unit.

Neighborhood highlights

The studio is a separate unit from our house; however, we do live on the same property. We are located in a residential neighborhood and love the quiet and peaceful streets around our house. Neighbors are very friendly and respectful. We find it to be quiet here often but we can’t guarantee there will never be disturbances such as a neighbors dog occasionally barking or a neighbor doing yard work etc. The neighborhood is perfect for going on a walk to close by parks and playgrounds. Walking distance to local coffee shops and restaurants, CVS, pizza parlor, post office, library, Navy Exchange Mini Mart, church.

I moved to San Diego from Cologne, Germany in March 2012 to complete my Bachelor's degree and MBA. During my studies in San Diego I met my husband Nathan who currently serves in the U.S. Navy. We started hosting in 2014 and absolutely love meeting people from all over the world. You’ll either find us at the beach or skiing in the mountains.
