The Lake House is your cozy home away from home, ideal for boating, swimming, kayaking, fishing, and visiting area attractions in Historic Camden, Charlotte, or Columbia. It has an open living space with a full kitchen, family room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The accommodations are comfortable for four people. The extra large screened porch and spacious deck really set this property apart from others. Mature trees all around give you lots of privacy as you take in the view of the lake and listen to the sounds of nature. The dock has a floater, so you are right there at the water, whether you're fishing, swimming, bird watching, or enjoying a picnic. The boat ramp is perfect for launching your kayaks or canoe. The Lake House is ideal for a couples retreat, or family getaway. Pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee.
