Located centrally in South Lake Tahoe, this beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom 2,800 square foot executive home has an open floor plan and is perfect for entertaining. It features spectacular views of the surrounding forests and mountains and amazing large boulder clusters right in your backyard! We are secluded with only one other house in view and yet we are just 10-15 minutes from world-class ski resorts, such as Heavenly Mountain and Sierra-at-Tahoe and the casinos at stateline. Enjoy hiking and rock climbing with the famous “Pie Shop” and Twin Peaks as your backyard!
The beautiful Lake Tahoe Golf Course is located directly across the street and it offers scenic views of the mountains and the Upper Truckee River that runs right through it. Our home features an amazing great room with a pool table and marble bar in a parlor setting adjacent to a family room that boasts a large gas fireplace and 55 inch new plasma TV.
The master suite has a California King elevated poster bed along with a 50 inch new plasma TV and a full size futon couch. The master bedroom bath features a large Jacuzzi tub along with a separate shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed with amazing mountain views. Bedroom three has a full bed, a twin bed and a twin futon with a soft antique French theme. Bedroom four has a full/twin bunk bed, a full size futon couch and a twin futon with a 37 inch new flat screen TV.
Our modern kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher and large refrigerator. We have a washer/dryer available as well as direct TV and WiFi. Enjoy relaxing on our sunny front deck with views of the forest and golf course. Sleeps 12 guests with parking for 4 cars. No garage access at this time.

1.Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in is any time after 4:00 P.M. and Check-out is on or before 11:00 A.M. No early check-in or late check-out is permitted without prior written approval of owner.
2.Smoking: This property is a NON-SMOKING facility. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in any part of the rental unit. Smoking is permitted in outside areas provided Guests remove all debris including but not limited cigarette butts, matches, package wrappers etc. An additional $250 cleaning charge will be made in the event of any smoking within the property building.
3.Pets: no pets are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon with a signed pet agreement.
4. Must be 25 or older to rent and must have verified ID with Airbnb. Property is not available for rental by vacationing students or persons under 25 years of age; and all persons under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult guardian or parent over the age of 25.
Restrictions - You agree that you will not:
-give out wireless internet password outside of your rental party;
-reset, erase or modify the router password;
-transmit or download any material that is unlawful or transmit or download any material that infringes copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
-use the internet for excessively high volume data transfers or downloads.
-No Warranty is provided for Internet use. Internet use and related equipment are provided “as is” without warranty or guarantee of any kind. In no event shall Owner be liable for its use. By electing to use Wi-Fi, you assume all risk and hold us harmless in the event of any damage you may suffer due to security breaches.
6.Damage: Guest is responsible for any and all damage done to the property other than normal wear and tear, and is specifically responsible for any and all damage resulting from pets, smoking (including contraband), carpet stains from liquids, food or other items however brought on to or used on the property. Guest is responsible for any missing property.
7. Cleaning and Trash: Excessively dirty floors, counters, walls or carpets from spilled drinks, food, dirt or mud will be charged an extra cleaning fee. All trash and discards are to be placed in provided garbage containers and must be placed outside in bear box upon departure. All soiled pots, pans, dishes and utensils are to be cleaned. The property should be left in a condition such that no cleaning or shampooing of carpets is required and the property is in a vacuum-ready condition. Furniture is to be placed in original locations. The Cleaning fee includes general cleaning upon departure which will include laundry of sheets, pillow cases, towels and kitchen towels, cleaning of all bathrooms, vacuuming and dusting of the property, draining and sanitizing of the tub.
8.Linens: The rental charges include a one-time linen and towel set up and a one-time cleaning upon departure. All linens and towels shall be left inside the property and, may not be taken out of the building. Guest shall be responsible for any lost or removed linens and towels. Guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels.
9.Noise: No loud noise or music is permitted after 10:00 P.M.
10.Maximum Occupancy 12 Guests: Additional occupancy beyond 12 will result in forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
11.Campfires: No campfires are allowed on property.
12.Bad Weather or Storms: No refunds will be made for cancellations or no-shows due to bad weather or storms.
13.Parking: On-site parking is provided for a maximum of four (4) vehicles.
14.Injuries on the Property: Winter inherently involve hazardous conditions such as, but not limited to, slippery icy surfaces, falling snow from trees, roofs and other structures and wildlife. The rocky landscaping also inherently involves year-round dangers. Guest, and all of Guests invitees on the property, expressly assume all risks of occupancy of the property and Guest specifically assumes responsibility for any and all injuries or losses sustained by Guest, other’s occupying the property or any invitees of Guest on the property, and further, Guest will and does hereby specifically agree, without limitation, to defend and indemnify Owner from any and all litigation, claims, actions or causes of action of any kind, whether in tort or equity, for bodily injury, property damage or injury or losses of any kind, by Guest, any and all occupants of the property or invitees on the property during Guest’s rental of the property.

We love to cook and enjoy a good bottle of wine. We have a wonderful vacation home in South Lake Tahoe that we spend a lot time at with family and friends.
