Merci encore Malcolm&Roisin
We had an excellent stay with with Roisin and Malcolm. The location was perfect, being just a quick ten minute journey into town. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very warm and welcoming, and very fun to chat with and learn from. Breakfast was great and they were extremely accomodating. I would recommend staying here to anyone on their travels!
Roisin und Malcolm were great hosts. We were warmly welcomed and they provided a lot of interesting information about sightseeing in Kilkenny. The room was large, bright and clean and the breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay very much and we highly recommend it . This was our best Airbnb experience on our tour in Ireland.
Staying with Roisin and Malcolm was like staying with friends. Their home was very comfortable and cosy and the location was perfect. The conversations were interesting and lighthearted and we appreciated their local knowledge. We wish we had had more time with them as we thoroughly enjoyed their company. A perfect place to stay for exploring the south.

About the Host, Roisin
Early 50s,but feel younger! Married to Malcolm for fifteen years, and living in Kilkenny, Ireland. He cycles, I run (a little!) and we both like travelling. We find hotels are very impersonal, and like to meet local people when we're visiting an area, so we thought we could translate that into helping visitors to Kilkenny to enjoy that aspect.
We've been hosting since May 2014, and have met such lovely people from all over the world. It's been fun!
Our home in the lovely village of Bennettsbridge is quiet, clean and modern. We love living here, as it means we are close to the fabulous medieval city of Kilkenny but still enjoy country living. Beautiful river walks, local crafts (pottery, candlemaking and more) and a really nice pub!
We look forward to meeting you!
