Escape to a peaceful 30-acre working farm just minutes from Fayetteville. Meet horses, donkeys, emus, peacocks, pigs, dogs, and more while enjoying the quiet countryside. Relax by our crystal-clear 1-acre pond for swimming or fishing, explore the property, or simply unwind. We specialize in hosting long-term traveling professionals.

Pets are welcome with a daily fee. We must be notified prior to your arrival, applies to all pets. Failure to provide advance notice will result in a $250 fee.

The space
Welcome to the Painted Pony Room, a cozy private room inside the main house at Parkton Place. Guests have access to a shared lounge featuring a TV, micro-fridge, loveseat, desk, and a comfortable space to relax.

Enjoy the many gathering areas throughout the property, including the front and back second-story decks, back patio, barn, open pastures, and scenic grounds.

Well-behaved pets are welcome for a $10 per pet, per night fee.

Traveling with your horse or livestock? Horse stalls are available for $30 per animal, per night, and private pasture space is available for $20 per animal, per night.

• Parkton Place is an active working farm, so you'll experience authentic country living with animals, farm equipment, and occasional farm noises.

• Traveling with horses? Overnight stalls and pasture rentals are available for an additional fee.

• The property is also home to Hope-Thru-Horses, our equine-assisted services organization. While you may occasionally see scheduled activities on the property, guest accommodations remain private and peaceful.

• We ask all guests to respect the animals by not entering pastures or feeding them without permission.

• Pets are welcome with a daily pet fee. Guests traveling with pets, including service dogs, must notify us prior to arrival. Failure to provide advance notice will result in a $250 fee. Males must be neutered.

Neighborhood highlights

Parkton Grill has breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a gas station, Family Dollar and Post Office in Parkton. We are 15 minutes to Hope Mills, 20 to Fayetteville and 30-45 to Fort Bragg. 2 hours from the beaches. Local water park 10 minutes away.

You can stretch your legs at the following nearby places like the old Hope Mills Golf Course, Hope Mills track by the Hope Mills Library, Parkton Armory/Park, Hope Mills Lake also consisting of local restaurants and necessity shopping.

Our favorite restaurants are Mi Casita, Zorba's (local American diner), Sammio's and Elizabeth's Pizza.
