Welcome to your own private cottage. A completely furnished space with all the amenities you can expect in a big house. Home is fully air conditioned and heated. The bedroom does not have a door on purpose due to the design of the small space.

You are welcome to bring your furry family (pets) along. You're a mere 5 minutes from the Fountain Square cultural district, with its independent eateries, 12mins from downtown, 18mins from airport & right on the interstates for fast travel.

The space
We do not charge cleaning fees or require a security deposit. The space is centrally air conditioned to help you beat the heat. (A brand new air system was just installed). Space is located conveniently between 2 major interstate roads in I-65 and I-70, so this cottage is great for travelers stopping by for a quick rest. In fact, a lot of guests we've served are simply passing through Indianapolis to other destinations, stopping for a quick rest. You are less than two miles from historic Garfield Park and just five miles from the city’s growing Fountain Square cultural district.


Access downtown (only 13 minutes away) with a plethora of transportation options. Like the IndyGo bus system (there is a bus stop right in front of the house) or Uber. This newly renovated house is located 5 minutes from Fountain Square, with its notable eateries and unique shops. Your stay here supports Onyx Evangelistic Ministry, a non-profit organization that brings inspiration and healing to thousands of people around the world.

Convenience and Privacy:
You will get high speed and reliable WiFi for your internet needs. Kick back and relax in your brand new $400 Zeopedic 10 inch memory foam mattress or watch Netflix, Hulu etc on a 65 inch 4K flat screen TV. You will enjoy the privacy of the entire cottage. Space is newly renovated. It's perfect for a couple seeking to have a getaway or a family of 4.

Eat and Drink:
You may choose to head on down to the cultural district Fountain Square, 8 minutes away, with its unique shops and eateries. You can also choose to grab a quick bite at one of the many fast food options located 3 minutes away on Keystone Ave. Enjoy pizza from Enzo’s which is a few blocks from the house. The kitchen has a microwave oven, a refrigerator with bottled water in it, and your very own Keurig coffee maker.

Safety:
The doors are keypad controlled to prevent unauthorized entry. It is regularly patrolled by police for enhanced safety. One of the compliments we've regularly received is how safe the neighborhood is.

Get Around:
Uber is fully functional in Indy and quite affordable. Regular Taxi service is also available. The IndyGo bus stop is just opposite the house. The University heights neighborhood is one of the most bike-able areas in Indiana.

Do:
Indy is known as the racing capital of the world so if you are in town for a race, you won't be disappointed. Uindy offers one of the best education in the Midwest and is highly ranked for it's nursing and physical therapy programs. The school offers local events year round. IUPUI is only about 10 minutes away. If sports is your thing, then you'd be pleased to know that the Indiana Pacers and Colts are only 12 minutes away. The NCAA hall of fame and headquarters is also 9 minutes away.

It is my pleasure to continue to live "on campus". I enjoy reading and playing soccer. I’m an avid traveler, and when I travel internationally, I often enjoy using Airbnb. So when I had the privilege of owning a few properties, I took that opportunity to craft spaces that guests could utilize and enjoy. The spaces are thoughtfully designed to incorporate the very best of what I've seen in my travels. Today, I host with a small team, and we all enjoy cleaning and preparing spaces for our guests who come in as strangers but leave as family. I am a Christian and my life work is to inspire others towards Jesus Christ. I’ve had the privilege of traveling to more than 33 Countries inspiring people through events with mass attendance. We once organized an event in India with over 10,000 attendees. I've also been to all 50 states of America. Your stay at any one of our spaces can be tax deductible, if you request, as it is treated as a gift, and every thing goes towards creating these inspiring events worldwide, through our 501 (c) (3) organization called Onyx Evangelistic Association.
