In a quiet neighborhood moments from downtown Boise... ride a bike down the greenbelt or take a leisurely stroll to one of the local parks. Kroeger park is located one block away.
10 min from the airport and BSU. 15 Minutes from St Luke's hospital.

The space
The Ivy Farmhouse is a stand alone home with a unique floor plan. Upstairs you'll find a stylish studio apartment with a full kitchen and bath. Downstairs is an office with a speakeasy feel.

Guest access
The entire home. Private parking and single car garage.

Other things to note
Roku is available for your use. Please be sure to log yourself in and out of Hulu, Amazon, etc.
Remove sheets on any beds that were used. Load dishes into dishwasher and start before leaving.
