Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Large sunny basement studio apt. in private home with access to clean river! River down the hill 1/2 mile. 2 miles from town. Propane woodstove, lg. tile shower, deep claw-foot tub, soft water. new pillowtop queen bed. Open fields & path to river. Extra room with full fold out couch. Kid & pet friendly! Spectacular view from upper deck. Steps to bathroom and some to enter apt. Fresh flowers provided. Pick asparagus in spring! Warm cookies! Kayak nearby. Generator for storms. My artwork.

The space
Worthy Scrabble opponent present. Spectacular view of sunsets on the river from upper deck. Bring your canoe or kayak! Art lessons can be arranged! Writing/Art cottage in the making! Bus comes from Boston 2x a day! Bring your bike. Outdoor grill provided. Path cleared to river. Washer and dryer may be used too. Fluent in German and Swedish!! Huge field for dogs to walk outdoors. Flannel sheets in winter, blueberry cotton in summer! Plenty of gardens to enjoy. Easy bike ride to town! Packn play and high chair and changing table present.

Guest access
Pemaquid Lighthouse is just down the road. Dine on deck at Christmas Cove or spend a day at the Botanical Garden in Boothbay! Many antique shops, natural food cafes, fishing holes and nature trails nearby. Despite being on major road it is quiet here. Easy parking. Separate entrance. Fluent in German and Swedish. Love well mannered small pups. Private separate entrance.

Other things to note
There is small second room that has fold out couch bed. I have stovetop but no oven in apartment. I have let guests use my upstairs oven with prior notice. Closet illuminates upon opening. Everything freshly painted. Games, leashes and beach towels provided.
