Please note there is a downstairs apartment that’s part of this house but with a separate entrance. The cleaner will access the stock room in the backyard for a short time.

The space
This is a beautiful charming 1911 bungalow with modern amenities, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a pool. There is a downstairs unit, so please be kind and mindful of potential noise for the tenants downstairs. There is a beautiful backyard with a salt water pool. The space is about 1,800 square feet, with historic charm, an upgraded, fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and stainless steel cookware. 200 restaurants within 1 SQ mile!! On Saturday morning, walk to the Farmer's Market to get fruits and veggies for your gourmet dinner. Go out and explore the vibrant nightlife. Harlow's is nearby for a night of great music and memories. Grill a steak by the poolside on a hot summer night. Central heating and air controlled by Nest thermostat. Street parking with a provided parking pass. Our home is secured with a locking gate and passcode access. Easy entry with provided codes, so check in is a breeze!

-We use only cotton sheets and duvets.
-Central AC and heating controlled by Nest thermostat
-Shampoo, conditioner, soap provided
-Beds: Queen in Master, 2 full length Twin beds (suitable for adults) in the second bedroom, Queen in the third bedroom. Please note that we make the beds in European style. This means we do not use flat sheets but we do change duvet covers for every guest. We have flat sheets available if guests wish to use them.
-Kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, dishes, utensils, stainless steel cookware, baking pans, bowls, basic spices, etc. Everything you need to make a delicious dinner!
- We have a small selection of books. Please feel free to take a book if you leave another book.
*This property has security cameras only on the outside perimeter, to monitor the property when vacant.

Backyard with a pool, balcony in the back of the house. Please note that the cleaner may access the utility room in the backyard when cleaning the other unit. Also, we service the pool during the week, and the gardener comes on Mondays.
