Studio 13 is a modern, cozy, private space nestled in one of Phoenix’s beautiful historic districts, close to freeways, downtown restaurants and museums. You can walk or bike to restaurants. Studio 13 is closed off from the main house where i live for privacy, with a private entrance in the rear. There is a beautiful yard with a relaxing hot tub to enjoy. The space
Studio 13 is an industrial design loft space with private entrance, downstairs queen size bed, eating area , tv and spacious bathroom area. Upstairs has living area with couch and chairs, tv, and work desk. Both tv’s have local digital channels, Netflix, and Amazon. Downstairs there is a microwave and fridge, cooktop, toaster oven, cooking utensils, cookware, table, and shared outdoor gas grill. There is no designated kitchen space. There is a variety of complimentary coffee, snacks and drinks, to welcome you after your journey. There is a walk in shower, double sinks, large soaker tub, and toilet room. There is a beautiful backyard to enjoy, with nice patio area, several outdoor seating areas, or you can curl up in the hammock with a book after a long day of sightseeing. All outdoor amenities are shared with other Airbnb.

Guest access
You have the entire studio space to yourself, outside there is a hot tub ( 24 hour notice required to use) , small deck space, hammock, and patio area, as well as outdoor grill for your use. You can park on the street, if you are able to park in front of the house that would be preferred.

Other things to note
I do have two Airbnb’s on the property so keep in mind the outdoor areas are all shared space including the bikes. There is free street parking available, please park in front of the house if possible. Hot tub requires 24 hour notice to use.
