PLEASE DO NOT BOOK PEAK HOLIDAYS/WEEKENDS IN ADVANCE as I prefer to rent the entire house 1st and when we book this 1 bed it blocks the other rental. Directly in the village! yet tucked away, private YARD, HOT TUB, fire place, new furniture, cozy beds and & linens. WALK to restaurants, Saco river, Golf, Village Green, Rec Center, Whitaker Woods, scenic train station, coffee shops, stores, skating, Cranmore & nightlife. Enjoy Kayaking, skiing, adventure parks, skiing, story land, hiking, etc

The space
I only use this rental to fill gaps when the entire home doesn't rent 1st. Please don't book advanced weekends, holidays or peak period, like summer in advance. THE PRICING IS FOR 1 BEDROOM/BATH & 2 GUESTS, if you need additional bedroom/bath we can accommodate for an additional fee depending on the time of year, etc. No other guests will be in the house if you rent it, you have the house to yourself, BUT MUST STAY TO THE 1 Bedroom/bathroom designated space to avoid additional cleaning and usage fees.

PETS need prior approval

Directly in the village but you have the feel of being secluded with a large wooded lot setting and outdoor living space, private hot tub. Cozy house with porch, garage converted to outdoor space with wood stove and a fenced in yard pets. Gate by garage that leads to the main road and easier access to the village.

We have a shared driveway with one other house, so we ask that you park in front of our property and not theirs.

I ask that you have a good neighbor policy and follow check out procedures

Before Check out need to follow check out procedures, start a load of laundry, start dishes and bring trash dumpster.
