I grew up in Manila, Philippines and graduated from Glion University of Switzerland with a Bachelor's Degree in Arts of Hospitality Management and Marketing. Living and working in Europe has given me a great understanding of quality service and the importance of customer experience. I have also graduated with a Diploma of Interior Design and Decoration from Billy Blue College of Design in Sydney.
With the properties I manage, I try my very best to provide my guests with a feeling that they are in a "home away from home". My team and I are always available to respond to any guest queries to ensure that they feel comfortable and looked after during their time at the properties. My housekeepers are very well trained in keeping the properties clean and organised. I provide an efficient check-in and checkout procedure for my guests. I ensure that each property has quality amenities needed to provide an enjoyable stay.
