LOCATION! LOCATION! it's not very fancy, but you can't beat the price for the location. First floor flat in historic home in downtown Madison. Inspected and approved by City (#2020-0090) and County Health Department. 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. 10 foot ceilings, wood floors, claw-foot bath, laundry, and the best porch in town!

The oldest neighborhood in Madison, this house is over 100 years old and full of character. There are two other apartments in the house with seperate entrances and ventilation, quite professionals live in them. This place is all about the AMAZING porch and the location - all the summer free music and festivals are anywhere from 2 blocks to 1 mile away - and all the best restuarants too!
