Seaside villa-style, the house is close to St Efflam Chapel facing the sea in the front row. The original furniture was a large hotel and has an unusual charm that breathes holidays ! You will find everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday.!
The front of the house directly overlooks the beach of St Efflam, we have a panoramic view, without opposite, of all the living rooms of the sea directly.
The space
The style of our interior design is rather " workshop " and very much to the taste of the day. The bathrooms are, like the whole house, bright and walk-in showers. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a beautiful tiled hammam.
The house enjoys a small terrace in front, just what to put a small table and chairs. The large lawn that is part of the coastline and the miles of beach with immediate access serves as a garden for us ! We do not have a private garden.
We love our beautiful home and have friendly highlights around the table and bar ! The house is therefore very well equipped for your comfort with Kitchenaid and robot and all the necessary cookware prepare and taste delicious local products! Our house is open to families but is not available for adult groups during the holidays.
There are books in English and French and toys available.
We are a 5-minute walk from the sailing school and directly on the GR 34 for beautiful walking tours. Plestin les Greves is well animated with its markets and sports and cultural activities.
The house has central heating so it's nice to live in any season.

Bright shower room with double sink and chromo-therapy/hammam shower cubicle.

Large bedroom, kingsize bed, two large windows with beautiful sea views.
Attic room with beautiful character with beautiful sea view 3 single beds or 1 single and 1 double.
Well appointed dressing room and laundry room large window with country views. Travel crib.

Having even many stairs, the house is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Our family home is not available for large groups of adults during the holidays.
