The Space

We have a perfectly formed ground floor studio to let in the beautiful Denmark Hill area of South London.

(PLEASE NOTE THIS WEBSITE DOES NOT SHOW OUR CORRECT ADDRESS. WE ARE ON DENMARK HILL RATHER THEN DENMARK RD)

You are perfectly positioned just a short bus ride away from the heart of London. The local area is full of beautiful parks which are perfect for a summer picnic or an early morning jog for the fit and eager! There are lots of great restaurants and cafes just minutes away from the studio and I am always happy to recommend my favourite places to our guests.

The studio itself is located at the rear of my Hair Salon and untill recently i worked there. I have rented the salon out and it offers a hairstylist and a beauty therapist!

On a practical note, there are tonnes of great bus, tube and train links all just mins away that take you all across London. The studio is perfect for a couple. It comes with a cooker, microwave, iron, linen, towels, unlimited internet, toaster, kettle, fridge, washing machine all utensils and crockery. The bathroom has a good size bath and shower. The studio has access to a small garden and comes with its own private entrance

  • My boyfriend and I have been for 4 days in Nikky's flat and everything has been great. It's a very comfortable and beautiful studio to spend a few days in London.

We haven't had any problem and if we return to London, we would like to stay in this studio. Moreover, it is very easy to take any transport to go the center of London.

  • Nikky was very easy to deal with and accommodating. I didn't have a phone in the UK and she was prompt to reply to emails. There was lots of lovely touches like fresh milk in the fridge and a packet of biscuits. After a long day of travel all I wanted was a cup of tea so this was greatly appreciated!

The flat was spacious. The kitchen had everything I needed, including a bottle opener and microwave. The bathroom was fantastic with a huge bath. There was no TV but this wasn't an issue for me as I had my tablet with me. The bed was basic but comfortable enough.

The neighbourhood was a bit dodgy and I wasn't comfortable walking on my own at night. The entrance to the flat is in a little alleyway off the main road. It was very well lit.

The flat is on the ground floor and there is quite a bit of road noise (including sirens from the ambulances travelling to and from the nearby hospital). There was a bit of noise in the courtyard outside and I heard people wandering around outside on a few occasions which was unsettling.

The neighbourhood is not really near anything of interest to tourists. The bus services were fantastic though, the two major routes into town had a bus every 3-6 minutes for most of the day. I caught a taxi from the west end back to the flat and it cost twenty five pounds.

  • Had an absolute fantastic stay in Nikkys studio flat. We met her partner on arrival, he was very friendly and showed us how to operate everything.

The studio flat is really well located. 1 min walk to the bus stop which would drop you off in the centre of London in 15mins. Food stores and restaurants were also within walking distance.

The flat had everything we needed. Kitchen was cute and did it's job and the bathroom was clean and exactly what is shown in the pictures. And the bed was really comfy.

Would defiantly recommend Nikkys place :)

  • We enjoyed our stay at Nikkys. She gave excellent directions to help us get there and was very helpful about local transport options. We had everything we needed and her complimentary tray of goodies, that she left, was very much appreciated. Nikkys partner, Bryan, greeted us on arrival and helped us settle in, as Nikky was unwell.

  • Nikky was great with responding to questions and messages promptly. We were met by Ryan and shown everything in the apartment. It was just like the pictures, exactly what we needed for a stay in London. They even left milk, tea and coffee for us to use, excellent service. The 176 bus went from our stop to the West End 24 hours a day, couldn't ask for better!

  • The time I spent at nikky's appartment was perfect, you can find all what you need, the kitchen with all the kitchen utensil, a confortable big bed and a nice bathroom. In addition, there are a lot of details as coffee, biscuits, bags of crisps, soap, bath paper, towels... definitely lovely.
Everything was very clean and tidy.

I strongly recommend you to visit Nikky's appartment if you are looking for a confortable, relaxed and with a reasonable price.

Furthermore she and his parter are very attentive, if you need something they will help you.

    Tina xxx :)

  • Staying at Nikky's apartment was quite a treat! Although it was a little further from the centre of than I would usually stay, the neighborhood was very charming and the apartment was perfect. I would definitely stay there again!

  • My husband and I stayed in Nikki's flat during our last week in London and we're so glad we did! Her place is very inviting. It (email hidden) to come home to after a busy day. She is close to transit so it's pretty easy to get around. Even though she was recovering from a surgery during our time there she was really quick to respond to my emails. It just shows how committed she is to making sure her guests have a pleasant stay. I do want to note that if you're are light sleeper you may want to buy ear plugs. There were a couple of times that my husband woke up to sirens. All in all I would highly recommend staying here!

  • Nikki's flat was absolutely perfect. It was Easter weekend and even with the bank holiday on Monday, I had no problem with transportation - there are multiple bus lines nearby even when the overground trains were not running. The flat itself was great - spacious, warm, with a comfortable bed and everything you'd need for your stay. Communication was easy - thank you Nikky for accommodating my early arrival!

  • Nice and cozy place despite some damp spots (Nikky explained there were floods last winter which might have caused these spots). Friendly hosts. We stayed (email hidden) was pretty quiet, which was nice given there was a busy road nearby.
